Seated Tai Chi
Service Description
Tai Chi is based on the principals and theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Roxanna will guide you through a breathing exercise to “energize the chi” in your body. Then we will use “tapping” to open and clear the meridians that run through our body and carry the chi throughout the body. We will learn about what Tai Chi is and how to move the limbs in Tai Chi. Roxanna will teach you 5 Tai Chi movements. We will practice each movement and then put them all together. All movement is done in a seated position.
