
Class Booking Instructions

Time Stamps: I go over how to pay & book classes online, whether you pay online or in cash, and whether you are doing single (drop-in) classes or using a class pass (a bulk of classes). You may want to watch all or some parts, depending on how often you attend classes. Here are time stamps in the video if you want to skip to some parts, but please watch all necessary parts.

It is important to first make a log-in account on the website (in order to be able to cancel classes & access your bookings) *You need an email address and to make a password.

When you go to book a class, ensure you have selected the correct class (especially in-person vs. online)

The available dates of classes that you can book are in blue on the calendar.

Classes can be booked 30 days in advance (we are going to start off like this while we test out this new system)

Double check that you are selecting the correct payment method (single classes online or cash, or a class pass)

If you want to buy a class pass, you have to purchase it online first (or contact me if you want to in cash) before booking classes in order to use that class pass.

Class passes are unique to each type of class (ie. You cannot buy a 10 class pass for Fit & Fun and use it to book Dance & Fit classes).

You have to select/book one class at a time & "Add to Cart" individually, but you can pay for them all at once.

Check your Junk/Spam folder in your email for confirmation emails

If you select to pay in cash (in-person at class), you are still required to fill in your Debit/Credit card information when you book a class, but your card will not be charged. Your card information is only needed for the purpose of late cancellations, in which your card would be charged for class (only if you booked a single class). If you have a class pass that you paid for in cash, you would not be returned a class credit for a late cancellation, and your card would never be charged.

If you select to pay in cash (in-person at class) whether that is for a single class or class pass, the price it will show has the extra "online fee" that you do not have to pay. Jess will send you the proper "cash" price.

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel a booked class, please use the cancel feature on the website (in Log-In Account "My Bookings") or email Jess at jess.makeamove@gmail.com. You are able to cancel a booked class up to 12 hours before the start time of a class, and will be refunded or returned a class credit if using a class pass. If it is less than 12 hours before the class, you will not be able to cancel and will not be refunded for the class or will not be given a returned class credit if using a class pass. *You will still receive an online recording of class -
If it is less than 12 hours before class and you need to cancel/can no longer attend, please email me as soon as possible so I know if a spot is free.
