Have fun while getting fit! Join Jess for Make A Move's signature class. This well-rounded class involves strengthening, core, balance, cardio, and a fun fitness activity that will sometimes even work your brain!  *offered Online & In-Person

  • Mondays: All levels (Beginner - Intermediate) and,

  • Thursdays: Intermediate/Advanced level with floor exercise options  *bring a yoga mat for floor options!

  • Bring your own weights/band if you prefer!  Bands & some weights 1-5lb are provided.

Fit Express

Want a fun, challenging and effective workout that keeps moving?  Join Jess for a full-body, circuit-style class with all exercises suitable for older adults. As you travel through the stations, including overall strengthening, cardio and balance exercises, the workout will be over before you know it!  All levels welcomed.

Dance & Fit

Join Jess for a 45 minute follow-along dance workout to the BEST music!  Moves and exercises are all low-impact (no jumping) and appropriate for all levels.  Enjoy a quick strength workout and cool down at the end. 

*offered Online & In-Person
