"Make A Move" Hybrid Program:

The "Make A Move" program includes 2 classes per week that are the ultimate package of what Jess offers! Each week will offer a variety exercises & fun fitness games to work on cardiovascular health, overall strength, balance & mobility. 

  • Participants have the option to only participate once per week & if they want to join either in-person or online via Zoom. 

  • Mondays will be offered in-person at the St. John's Presbyterian Church (319 Queen St., Port Perry) AND live online via Zoom

  • ​Thursdays will be offered in-person at the Port Perry Masonic Hall (320 Queen St) with class recordings available for online-only participants (*discounted rate for recordings only)

Low-Impact Dance N Fit:

This quick & effective workout is offered once per week to work on cardiovascular health & strength through follow-along dance moves & strength training!  Move to the music & make exercise FUN!

  • This class is offered online only via Zoom

  • Participants may choose to receive recordings only (at a discounted rate)*

What do I need for online classes?

  • A computer/laptop or mobile device

  • A good internet connection

  • A safe space to move in!

  • Depending on class, you may want a sturdy chair & light weights (or household objects like water bottles or cans of soup!)

  • Water and comfortable clothing
