Fit & Fun:

The "Fit & Fun" classes are the ultimate package of what Jess offers! Each class will offer a variety exercises to work on cardiovascular health, overall strength, balance & mobility. 

  • Participants have the option to join either in-person or online via Zoom

  • Bring your own hand weights (A few extra pairs are available however if you need them!)

Low-Impact Dance N Fit:

This quick & effective workout is offered to work on cardiovascular health & strength through follow-along dance moves & strength training!  Move to the music & make exercise FUN!

  • This class is offered in-person or live online via Zoom!

  • Bring your own light hand weights! (A few extra pairs are available however if you need them!)

Chair Yoga & Gentle Yoga with Roxanna!
 

  • This class is offered in-person or live online via Zoom!

  • For gentle yoga, please bring your own yoga mat if you choose to move to the floor.

What do I need for online classes?
 

  • A computer/laptop or mobile device

  • A good internet connection

  • A safe space to move in!

  • Depending on class, you may want a sturdy chair & light weights (or household objects like water bottles or cans of soup!)

  • Water and comfortable clothing
