Fit & Fun


Fit Express
Want a quick and effective workout? Join Jess for a full-body, circuit-style class with all exercises suitable for older adults. As you travel through the stations, including overall strengthening, cardio and balance exercises, the workout will be over before you know it! All levels welcomed.

Dance & Fit
Join Jess for a 45 minute follow-along dance workout to the BEST music! Moves and exercises are all low-impact (no jumping) and appropriate for beginners or older adults. Enjoy a quick strength workout and cool down at the end.
