Fit & Fun:
The "Fit & Fun" classes are the ultimate package of what Jess offers! Each class will offer a variety exercises to work on cardiovascular health, overall strength, balance & mobility.

Participants have the option to join either in-person or online via Zoom

Bring your own hand weights (A few extra pairs are available however if you need them!)
Low-Impact Dance N Fit:
This quick & effective workout is offered to work on cardiovascular health & strength through follow-along dance moves & strength training! Move to the music & make exercise FUN!

Gentle Yoga:
Gently build strength, flexibility, and balance. Chair modifications available. Join Roxanna to quiet the mind, body and soul.
