Hybrid Classes
in Port Perry/Online
"Make A Move" Fitness Hybrid Program:
The "Make A Move" program includes 2 classes per week that are the ultimate package of what Jess offers! Each week will offer a variety exercises to work on cardiovascular health, overall strength, balance & mobility.

Participants have the option to only participate once per week & if they want to join either in-person or online via Zoom.

Mondays & Thursdays are offered in-person and/or Online via Zoom!

Bring your own hand weights!
Low-Impact Dance N Fit:
This quick & effective workout is offered once per week to work on cardiovascular health & strength through follow-along dance moves & strength training! Move to the music & make exercise FUN!

Bring your own light hand weights!

What do I need for online classes?

A computer/laptop or mobile device​​

A good internet connection

A safe space to move in!

Depending on class, you may want a sturdy chair & light weights (or household objects like water bottles or cans of soup!)

Water and comfortable clothing
